Not necessarily. Many SIP-compatible desk phones can be repurposed on our platform. We'll assess your hardware during the discovery phase and advise on what can be reused versus replaced.
Can I keep my existing phone numbers?
Yes — we handle the full number port from your existing provider. This typically takes 5–10 working days and is carried out with zero downtime.
What happens if my internet goes down?
We can configure failover routing so calls are automatically diverted to mobile numbers or another site if your primary internet connection is unavailable.
Is call recording GDPR-compliant?
